01Lock
Back your promise with money you can’t withdraw.
Set the milestone, the amount, the deadline and who judges delivery. By default, that’s a council of three AI judges, each running on a model from a different company: OpenAI, Anthropic and xAI. You can name a person or team to judge instead of the council, rely on an automatic check that reads the result from the chain (for example, that a collection has minted 1,000 pieces), or add that check to whichever judge you choose. Once the bond is posted, every term is fixed and public, so holders know exactly what you’ve promised.
02Ship
Before the deadline, the verifier can’t reject your work.
Deliver whenever you’re ready and post your evidence. The verifier, whoever your bond names to judge it, can accept at any time, but a rejection has to wait for the deadline. If your bond names an appeal panel, an early acceptance can still be appealed, and the panel can overturn it before the deadline. If you know you’ll miss, you can concede early. The bond settles right away, and your holders can claim their shares after its payout list has been public for two days, so anyone can check it first.
03Verdict
Ship and it’s yours. Miss and it’s theirs.
If it ships
Released to the creator
When the verifier or the on-chain check confirms delivery, the bond is released to the creator and counts as shipped on their record. If a bond names both, either one is enough.
If it misses
Paid to holders
Unless the bond names a single address to receive it, the bond goes to holders of the project’s token or NFTs, weighted by how much they held and for how long between the day it was posted and its deadline. Last-minute buyers receive almost nothing, and the creator’s wallet, the bond’s judges and any wallets the bond excludes, such as team or treasury wallets, are left out.
04Record
The record stays with the creator’s wallet, not the project.
Whatever the outcome, the verdict is minted to the creator’s wallet as a permanent record that can’t be transferred. The board ranks creators by that record and any launchpad can read it, so holders can check a creator’s history before they buy. A new wallet starts with an empty record, so a creator who switches has no shipped verdicts to show.
